Mayor of Caracas and Head of Government of the Capital District oversee Carnivals 2024

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, together with the head of Government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, took a tour this Saturday through different areas of the city to kick off the Happy Carnivals 2024.
“What happiness we are experiencing the Carnival celebrations here in Caracas, but the greatest happiness is being experienced by boys and girls enjoying the carnival festivities,” said Meléndez from Paseo Los Prosceres.
For his part, Fernández highlighted the efforts of President Nicolás Maduro to guarantee the greatest possible happiness to the youngest in the country.
“These tours that we have taken with all these attractions, we have to thank our President of the Republic, who has established all the safety criteria at the national level so that all children can enjoy all the activities; bitter people don't like this,” he said.
In this regard, Meléndez and Nahum indicated that in different parts of the capital: Plaza Bolívar, Sabana Grande, Plaza La Candelaria, Paseo Los Prosceres, Parque Los Caobos, Parque Ezequiel Zamora and many more are available for public visits to share the various recreational and cultural activities until Tuesday, February 13.
