The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, during an event in the Coche parish, invited Venezuelans from that populous neighborhood to accompany the candidate of the Bolivarian Revolution on July 28 to demonstrate to the world that the People rule in Venezuela.

The leader stressed that the 22 parishes of Caracas have their projects, to be implemented, which were part of the National Popular Consultation 2024 in a demonstration of popular democracy.

Meléndez noted that all public institutions must work together with the Community Councils and Communes, “because we are all Communes and we have to advance and strengthen communal government, with the participation of the national, regional, local and communal government.”
