The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, extended the invitation to the people of Caracas to celebrate this Wednesday, February 7th, the Carnival Cry, with a parade that will start from Sucre Park in Los Caobos to Bellas Artes.
Meléndez, through his account on the social network X, specified that “this Wednesday #7Feb we will celebrate the Carnival Cry in Caracas, with a colorful children's parade”.
“Participate with joy in these Caracas Happy 2024 International Tourist Carnivals,” he invited.
