Mayor Carmen Meléndez invites to participate in the Children's and Youth Literature Award

The mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, invited her to participate in the First Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature in honor of Velia Bosch, which will be open for registration until August 30.
This prize will be governed according to the rules presented below: 1- The following prizes are established: 1st Prize: cash prize and edition and publication of the work and 2nd Prize: cash prize and edition and publication of the work. All people of Venezuelan nationality, resident or not resident in the country who are of legal age and who submit their texts in Spanish, may participate. Officials or employees of the Foundation for Culture and the Arts (FUNDARTE) or their immediate family members may not participate in this Call.

The story or stories will be designed for an audience of 8 years and older. The originals must be unpublished, have not been previously awarded, or be pending failure in other awards.
