Los Teques Metro restarts commercial activities

This Thursday, July 2, the Los Teques Metro system resumed its commercial operations, after a complete and exhaustive technical evaluation of its entire infrastructure following the earthquakes recorded on June 24.

The company's press release details that the inspections confirmed that the facilities meet all required safety standards and are in optimal condition to receive users.

In an official statement, the subway company reported that the system's four stations, Independencia, Guaicaipura, Alí Primera and Ayacucho, as well as the connection to Las Adjuntas, will operate on their regular schedule, from 5:20 in the morning to 11:30 at night.

The president of the institution, Paola Artahona, extended an invitation to citizens to mobilize again in the subway with complete peace of mind.
