Libertador Simón Bolívar Organic Law: More Protection for the People

Faced with the new attacks against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela by the North American empire, the Legislative Branch approved the Liberator Simón Bolívar Organic Law for the defense and protection of the People.

“So that they understand that we will not continue to tolerate any type of aggression against the People and national territory, we have the right to live in peace,” emphasized the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, during the approval of this legal instrument.

The Law will sanction those citizens who ask for military intervention and more unilateral coercive measures, directly or indirectly intervening in the various ways the United States has to block, sanction and damage the economic and social development of Venezuela. It also states that anyone can challenge a candidate who is aware of how he acted against the nation.
