LARA - JIMÉNEZ/Head of State instructs Sports Minister to rehabilitate Quibor Sports Center

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, instructed the minister of popular power for sports, Mervin Maldonado to rehabilitate the sports fields of the town of Quibor in the state of Lara.
“The political team told me that the Sports Center is in poor condition, so I tell Minister Maldonado to come here tomorrow and meet with the athletes,” he said.
During his visit to the Jiménez municipality in the state of Lara, the Head of State emphasized the importance of carrying out sports practices and therefore urged the recovery of the spaces intended for this purpose located in the town of Larense.
It also approved the route of the tourist area of the Central Quarter of Quibor in homage to the procession of the Virgin of Altagracia. “So that tourists come from all over Venezuela to a town that develops tourism and all economic zones,” he said.
