This Tuesday, May 28, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, participated in a large mobilization registered in the state of Lara in support of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, and from there he stated that “those who were asking for sanctions against Venezuela now tell the people to vote for me. They are shameless!”

“There is no shame and now they are going to the people to ask for their vote. They (the last names) have called for sanctions, blockade, tried to assassinate President Nicolás Maduro, they have no morals!” He stressed that “there are people who are confused and let themselves be carried away by the information and opinion matrices that they intentionally generate to harm the Bolivarian Revolution, those people have to knock on the door”.

Cabello recalled the so-called indexed loans for the purchase of housing and how “Commander Chávez put an end to that, managing to get their money refunded to more than one and get their home. Well, those same people later believed in the matrix of opinion that the Revolution was going to take their homes away from them. More than one fell into the trap and that is what we must avoid. Let's not allow ourselves to be manipulated.”
