Venezuelan Keider Montero was chosen this Monday as the American League Player of the Week after memorable performances with two performances, fifteen innings thrown, three hits allowed and 6 strikeouts.

The one from Santa Teresa del Tuy, Miranda state, joins Luis Arraez and Luis Matos as the Venezuelans who have managed to obtain this recognition in the 2024 season.
