The vice-president for Community Councils and Communes of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Arreaza, stressed that the projects to be presented at the next National Popular Consultation must be viable and for life.

“The way to make decisions is through collective meetings, and they must be projects for life, feasible, feasible. For the choice of projects, dialogue between you is very important,” he said during an assembly in the Guaira Commune with Revolutionary Vision, in the Guamacho sector, La Guaira state.

In addition, during the day, in total, the community members presented seven projects on paper; for this reason, Arreaza highlighted the level of organization of the state of La Guaira.

Arreaza urged all community members to convene the assemblies and the popular consultation in all sectors, regardless of their political preference. In addition, he stressed that inclusion is a badge of the Bolivarian Revolution.

For her part, the spokeswoman for the Ermita del Carmen Community Council, Massiel Laya, pointed out that among the projects prioritized for this election, the rehabilitation of the sports court, water tanks, and the request for a white and brown line stand out.

Likewise, the spokeswoman for the Cruz Felipe Iriarte Community Council, Hirlian León, stressed that another of the projects is the construction and improvement of roads. At the same time, Jhonatan Yulden took the floor for the Santa Cruz de Ballajá Community Council, who emphasized that the white water service is a priority. Spokeswomen Nayiris Longa and Hilda Pantoja highlighted that another project is related to the wastewater and packaging system.

On February 2, more than 4,500 communal circuits in the country will choose the most necessary projects for the community and the National Government will grant the resources for the execution of the winning proposals.
