Thousands of Jordanians gathered this Friday for the twenty-fifth time and took to the streets in marches and rallies, condemning the genocide in the Gaza Strip by Zionist forces in Israel.

In Amman, the capital, congregants gathered in front of the Al-Husseini Mosque to show their solidarity with the Palestinian people, who are suffering from attacks by Israel.

According to local media, “the participants in the marches and rallies condemned the war crimes committed by the Israeli occupying forces against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and called on the international community to act to stop the aggression.”

“The participants waved Jordanian and Palestinian flags and held banners that expressed the degree of unity, fraternity and historic solidarity between the Palestinian and Jordanian peoples,” said the Wafa platform.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, there are already 32,552 Palestinians killed by the Israeli offensive in the Palestinian enclave, since October 7, while 74,980 people have been injured.

In addition, the entity estimates that some 7,000 bodies are still under the rubble, after permanent destruction in Palestinian territory.
