The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, reported that the Scientific-Peasant Alliance project increased from 2019 to date and increased by 5,900%.
“This represents an import substitution of more than 2 billion dollars in the last hundred years, this has been thanks to the efforts of the Bolivarian Government,” said Jiménez from Los Páramos de Mérida.
He highlighted scientific work in the production of rubrics in fields since the development of biotechnology.
“62% of the Science Alliance project is under the command of women,” she said.
