Jacqueline Fanía inspected the restoration works of 148 apartments in La Guaira

The president of Plan Venezuela Renace, Jacqueline Fanía, inspected the recovery works of 148 apartments in the state of La Guaira as part of the infrastructure approaches implemented by the plan in Maiquetía parish.

Through his Instagram account, providing details about the social impact of the work on the coastal entity, he specified that the evaluations were carried out at the Residencias Las Américas complex to verify the progress of rehabilitation work on housing structures in the sector.

The intervention includes the demolition of walls in poor condition, the construction of new enclosures, the repair of roof slabs and the comprehensive rehabilitation of basic infrastructure services. These tasks seek to restore physical stability to buildings and optimize the conditions of the residential environment.

“With the Venezuela Renace Plan, these tasks will provide greater security to 432 families, benefiting 2,160 Guaireños,” he said.

The execution of these works is part of urban care plans to consolidate housing security and the well-being of communities in popular sectors.

For their part, the inhabitants of the building thanked the Bolivarian Government for the support provided after the double earthquake of last June 24.
