On July 5 and 6, a specialized team from the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) and traumatologists from the Children's Hospital “Niño Jesús” in Yaracuy carried out regenerative treatments using mesenchymal stem cells grown in patients with Congenital Pseudoarthrosis of Tibia.

These surgeries demonstrated efficacy in bone regeneration and wound healing, even in patients who had previously undergone multiple unsuccessful interventions. The initiative was supported by the Bolivarian Government through the National Fund for Science, Technology and Innovation (FONACIT) and the Government of Yaracuy, as published on the website of the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT).

In addition, the pharmaceutical company Redvital contributed donations of osteosynthesis material and equipment for Advanced Cell Therapy Surgeries.
