The decision of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of this January 26 ratifying the political disqualification of María Corína Machado for 15 years distorted the effectiveness of the strategy of the longliner of the Venezuelan extremist and violent right who received millions of dollars to implement a campaign through conventional media and social networks aimed at pressuring Venezuelan justice institutions to allow them to reverse this condition of the leader of far right.

And, as Diosdado Cabello warned, during the program Con El Mazo Dando number 451, on October 17, 2023, “those who speculated on social networks before knowing the content of the decisions” both the Barbados Agreement and the Supreme Court of Justice must be confirming that the money given to the “media scoundrel” only served to fill the pockets of some longliners.

Cabello rebuked journalists and influencers linked to the opposition, many of them financed by imperialism, for not apologizing after having assured and published that one of the points of the Barbados Agreement was the “authorization of the candidates” of the opposition, information that was false.

It should be noted that among those who speculated were Tamara Suju, Luis Vicente León, Enrique Aristeguieta, Esteban Gerbasi and Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, among other “well-known” longliners.

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), emphasized that “they put the ball rolling that they were going to empower the disabled (...) and then they act like an intrigue and the other murderer too.”

He reported that Miguel Rodríguez was being paid to “write those things, because you have no shame, they have no shame of any kind and they write things that are lies and after they write them they forget, that they wrote them and said them.”

“You feel sorry and ashamed to tell a lie, you put on your face, which is all you have, then; your honor. They have no honor, what they have is price,” he said.
