Israeli attack in southern Lebanon leaves a soldier and three civilians injured

An attack carried out by Israeli military forces against an official vehicle in the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, located in southern Lebanon, left one soldier seriously injured and three civilians injured, as confirmed on Tuesday by the Lebanese Army through its institutional channels.

The armed action reactivated the alarms of international organizations in the region in the face of constant fragility and the recurrent non-compliance with the ceasefire agreement by the occupying troops. The incident is part of systematic incursions into the Arab nation's border strip, intensifying tensions in the Middle East.

For his part, the president of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, condemned the act and ratified the nation's institutional position to defend its territorial integrity before multilateral diplomatic bodies. “Lebanon will not relinquish its sovereign right to denounce Israel's military actions internationally,” the legislative authority emphasized, referring to continued violations of the country's land space.
