Iran rejects US accusations that link it to the attack on Trump

The diplomatic mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations (UN), through a statement, described as “unfounded and biased” the accusations released by the media in the United States (USA) about the alleged involvement in the attack against Donald Trump.
“From the perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Trump is a criminal who should be tried and punished in court for ordering the assassination of General Soleimani,” details the press release read by spokesman Nasser Kanaani.
In this sense, they consider Trump a criminal who must be brought to justice for his role in the assassination of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani in 2020, Iran has chosen the legal path to address this issue.
He also added, “Iran has chosen the legal path to take responsibility and bring it to the trial table.”
