In an emotional event held on November 21, led by the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU), 700 land titles were presented to families from the parishes of 23 de Enero, Macarao, Coche, Sucre, Recreo and La Vega; the event was attended by Minister Raúl Paredes, marking a milestone in the fight for access to ownership in the capital.

During the ceremony, held at Parroquia January 23 in the Sierra Maestra Sector at the Damelys Bauza Football Stadium in Plaza Los Peluches, the beneficiary families officially received the documents that prove them as homeowners, representing a significant investment in the well-being of the community and a firm step towards consolidating social justice.

Minister Raúl Paredes, in his speech, highlighted the importance of this delivery as part of the policies on Habitat and Communal Housing guided by President Nicolás Maduro to guarantee access to decent housing for all Venezuelans.

For his part, the first Vice President of the National Assembly, Pedro Infante, emphasized the commitment to always be in agreement with property, as did Commander Chávez, to continue working to improve the living conditions of Venezuelans.

The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the authorities for the demand that the transcendent owners of the land are receiving, going from landlords to landlords thanks to the Bolivarian Revolution.

With this award of titles, President Nicolás Maduro, Minister Raúl Paredes and the president of the INTU Ronald Rivas reaffirm their commitment to the integral development of the parishes of Caracas, maintaining the foundations to continue building a more just and equitable city.
