INTT inaugurated virtual reality room for drivers at its headquarters in El Silencio

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) of El Silencio inaugurated a virtual reality room for drivers, with the objective of providing users with the experience of driving under different circumstances that may arise in everyday life.
The
inauguration was led by the president
of the INTT, Luis Ignacio Granko Arteaga and by the
Head of the Office, Deputy Commissioner Carelis Torres and the headquarters staff.
This room has comfortable spaces, a large
screen for viewing virtual reality and
simulator lenses called VR glasses, with which the user, in the
first phase, can park a truck under different
physical and climatic conditions (drunkenness and rain), according to the INTT press .
The
innovative room marks a technological milestone and contributes directly to
experiential road education, promoting vertex 1 of the Great Quadrants of Peace
Mission, focused on Comprehensive Prevention for
Life and Peace and
contributing to the training of drivers.
