The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) of El Silencio inaugurated a virtual reality room for drivers, with the objective of providing users with the experience of driving under different circumstances that may arise in everyday life.

The inauguration was led by the president of the INTT, Luis Ignacio Granko Arteaga and by the Head of the Office, Deputy Commissioner Carelis Torres and the headquarters staff.

This room has comfortable spaces, a large screen for viewing virtual reality and simulator lenses called VR glasses, with which the user, in the first phase, can park a truck under different physical and climatic conditions (drunkenness and rain), according to the INTT press .

The innovative room marks a technological milestone and contributes directly to experiential road education, promoting vertex 1 of the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission, focused on Comprehensive Prevention for Life and Peace and contributing to the training of drivers.
