The World Health Organization (WHO) established that International Hearing Day is celebrated every March 3rd , with the objective of giving priority to those who suffer from hearing loss.

In addition to the prevention and early detection of boys and girls who may have hearing problems, it also improves strategies for their proper treatment.

With the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, Venezuelans have favoured the implantation of hearing aids, especially the country's boys and girls.
