Intensive workshop “From the script to the character” opened a call for young actors

The Foundation for Caracas Identity opened the call for the intensive workshop “From the script to the character”, aimed at young actors, actresses and people interested in the performing arts, which will be given by actor Juvel Vielma on November 7 and 8 at the Casa de las Primera Letras Simón Rodríguez, in Caracas.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the training will last 16 academic hours and will offer tools for analyzing dramatic texts, constructing three-dimensional characters and developing performance in front of the camera, with an emphasis on subtlety, restraint, internal monologue and energy management in the foreground.

The workshop will take as a reference the film Taita Boves, directed by Luis Alberto Lamata, to study the construction of the historical character of José Tomás Boves.

The conference will take place on Saturday, November 7, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Interested parties must register in advance at the venue of the activity or by sending a direct message to the ">@identidadccs account on their social networks.
