INNT restricts heavy cargo vehicle traffic until next Wednesday

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT), reported that within the framework of the 2025 Happy and Safe Carnival Device, traffic will be restricted to these cargo vehicles, with a gross weight equal to or greater than 3,500 kilos, starting at 1:00am this Sunday, March 02 until 1:00am next Wednesday, 05.
The vehicles that are exempt from the traffic restriction are transports of food and basic necessities, the INTT said on its account on the social network Instagram.
The trunk roads and highways through which they will not be able to travel to the Metropolitan Area of Caracas are: the Regional Highway of the Center, the Caracas-Guarenas-Guatire highway, the Caucagua-El Guapo Barcelona- Puerto La Cruz- Cumaná-Carúpano highways.
In the state of Barinas, the Barinas-Santa Bárbara-La Pedrera highway; Barinitas-Santo Domingo; Apartaderos-Mérida.
In Lara: the Barquisimeto-Carora (via Troncal 07 highway); Barquisimeto — Acarigua — San Carlos — Valencia.
From Carabobo: Valencia — Puerto Cabello — Morón — San Felipe — Chivacoa; Valencia — El Palito (Via Autopista Troncal 01); Puerto Cabello — Tucacas-Coro-Mene de Mauroa — Maracaibo; Puerto Cabello — El Palito — Morón — Choir (Troncal 03)
The Pan-American Highway in its entirety and both directions.
