The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) reported giving workshops in gastronomy, bartending and barism to 300 people at the recently reopened Eleazar López Contreras House of Culture.

According to a press release, INCES began community teaching processes months before the official opening of the space, ensuring that, at the time of the inauguration, dozens of residents were already trained in areas related to gastronomy and the cultural economy, benefiting 10 community councils in the area.

It is estimated that the center will benefit more than 8,000 people from 1,800 families, where, in addition to training, cultural activities can also be enjoyed.

It should be remembered that the constitutional president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, inaugurated this Wednesday the facilities of the House of General Culture Eleazar López Contrer as, in La Quebradita, San Martín parish, a space where 300 participants from the National Institute for Training and Socialist Education (Inces) are trained in gastronomy, bartending and barism.
