Starting this Monday, January 8, 2024, the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces) is carrying out the First National Survey of Training Needs in Industry and Commerce in order to know the demand for qualified professions at the national level to promote the country's productive development.

With this consultation, according to a press release, Inces will have the necessary data to build an educational offer that responds to the real challenges of the Venezuelan economy.

In the same way, the data will allow us to know the assessment that industry and commerce have about the need to develop a productive model in Venezuela and the role of each economic sector.

Through the inces.gob.ve web portal, and before accessing the interface of the National Registry of Parafiscal Contributions (RNCP), business managers can complete a form and tell Inces what technical profiles they currently require.

Work entities, both public and private, have the opportunity to participate in this survey starting Monday, January 8, 2024, taking advantage of the period of declaration and payment of parafiscal contributions corresponding to the last quarter of the year 2023; before entering the RNCP interface, they will be presented with the invitation to complete the form. However, the survey will be available for completion until the required statistical sample is accumulated.
