INAMEH: Venezuela dawns with partial to clear skies

“Venezuela dawns with partial to clear skies; however, some cloudy areas can be seen in areas of Miranda, La Guaira, Capital District, north of Aragua, south of Carabobo, Lara, Falcón and Zulia and rain or showers south of the Amazon,” reports the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH).

It also details that cloud covers can be seen with rain or showers and electric shocks in the south of the Amazon.
