The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH), for this Sunday, May 26, announced that the passage of Tropical Wave number 1 in the Caribbean Sea interacting with the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ZCIT), favors the development of abundant cloud cover that generates rain and showers accompanied by electrical activity and occasional gusts of wind.

The states most affected are Guiana Esequiba, Bolivar, Amazonas, Central Llanos, Sucre, Anzoátegui, Miranda, Capital District, La Guaira, Aragua, Carabobo, Llanos Occidental, the Andes and Zulia; while the rest of the national territory, the sky with fragmented cloud cover will prevail.

It is worth noting that the country's Tropical Wave season is between May 1 and ends on November 30; and not all of them generate significant rainfall.
