The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH), in its report for this Wednesday, December 25, reports that stable weather conditions are maintained in much of the national territory.

As for Greater Caracas, made up of the states of Miranda, Capital District and La Guaira, cloudy skies are estimated to be cloudy in the morning hours with a low probability of precipitation.
