INAC Rehabilitates Santiago Mariño International Airport control tower

The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) is carrying out structural rehabilitation work on the control tower of the Gral en Jefe Santiago Mariño International Airport, located in Porlamar, in the state of Nueva Esparta.

These are a series of improvements being made to the airport to ensure its efficient and safe operation. The control tower is a fundamental part of the operation of an airport, for the coordination and control of air operations.

Structural rehabilitation aims to strengthen and improve the tower's infrastructure, to ensure its long-term stability and durability. This includes the repair and reinforcement of elements such as walls, columns, beams and slabs, as well as the renovation of electrical and communication installations.
