The Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) of the state of Zulia, in collaboration with the Infocentro Foundation, organized a training day in robotics for students of Systems Engineering at the Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University Institute, located in the municipality of Cabimas.
The activity, carried out at the Mega Center for Educational Robotics of the Urdaneta El Brillante Infocentro, aimed to strengthen students' knowledge of emerging technologies.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the training program included: basic concepts of electricity and electronics, programming in Arduino ID code, programming in Mblock code (blocks), construction and programming of Ultimate 2.0 robots
Future engineers not only became familiar with the latest technologies in robotics, but they also developed practical skills that will allow them to innovate and create solutions for the real world.
These activities are part of the Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission “Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán”, created by President Nicolás Maduro, to ensure the preparation and training of the replacement generation.
