In Turmero they celebrate the world day against climate change with a recreational walk

Sports, health and community gathering took to the streets of the Santiago Mariño municipality in the state of Aragua, this Saturday, October 24, with the celebration of the first big 5K walk in the jurisdiction, a day full of energy that culminated in pleasant sharing among the attendees.
Mayor Carlos Guzmán highlighted the success of the call and the enthusiasm shown by the neighbors, assuring that sports will continue to be a priority on the municipal agenda.
“This is just the first of many. Rest assured that it will not be the last walk of the year; we will continue to promote spaces for the health and integration of our Mariñense families,” he said.
The mayor took the opportunity to invite all citizens to keep an eye on the upcoming scheduled activities, including a special walk to commemorate Turmero Day.
