In the Rafael María Baralt Educational Unit in El Furrial, Monagas state, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, exercised his right to vote with his family and the joy of the Monaguense people who also went out to vote.
After voting, he invited Venezuelans to go out and exercise their right to vote, “that no one stays at home, that people express themselves in the voting centers in order.”
