In Argentina, the majority show disinterest in Milei's speech

After an analysis of the impact of the speech of the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, during the presentation of the 2025 Budget, political consultant Gustavo Córdoba highlighted a notable lack of interest from the audience.

“Milei is a television product. In the place where he is local, he received a very opposite message. They didn't expect it. Even in the Government House streaming, there was not an expected audience.”

The evaluation was carried out in the Fontevecchia Mode program; because Córdoba presented a report over the weekend in which there was general skepticism towards the statements of the head of state.

The speech of the extreme right wing received with almost total muted and disinterest, reflecting a public response opposite to that expected by the government, said the political consultant.

The results showed that a significant majority believes that Milei's statements are not true.
