In 2011, Commander Chávez created the Great Mission Sons and Daughters of Venezuela

This Great Mission, a concept proposed by the Commander, implies a much more holistic vision in the design and execution of politics, strengthening the articulation between institutions and Missions, assuming the creation of higher bodies as spaces of management, strengthening the leading participation of organized people and permanent mobilization as systematic actions in the fight against the structural causes of poverty, towards the construction of a System of Prevention, Protection and Social Security.

Its main objective is to provide care for families or mothers with children under 18 years of age or with disabilities, whose income is lower than the minimum wage, achieving the greatest amount of political stability, happiness and social security, towards Bolivarian Socialism.
