On March 20, 2006, Commander Hugo Chávez described the then President of the United States, George W. Bush, as a donkey (donkey in English) and Mister Danger (Mr. Danger in English) for the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

“You're a donkey, a 'donkey' (donkey, in English), Mr. Danger (Mr. Peligro), a coward, you are one of the worst things there has ever been on this planet,” Chávez emphasized during the Aló Presidente Program number 249.

“The world has turned against you, the world is opposed to your imperialist, immoral and genocidal war. You are insane and a coward,” he said.

He also accused the American of conspiring against Venezuela.

“God free the world from this threat, because psychologically he is a sick person, although he has a lot of power,” he said.
