This Wednesday, the legal team of international lawyers involved in the case before the International Criminal Court (ICC) will travel to The Hague, in the Netherlands, to file a new package of complaints against Israel.

According to a publication published by the Al Mayadeen agency, the purpose is to file three complaints about violations committed by the occupying army in the Gaza Strip, including repeated attacks on medical personnel.

The first lawsuit concerns the Nuseirat massacre, carried out on June 8 by Zionist forces and which resulted in 274 Palestinian martyrs and 698 injuries.

The second accusation relates to the murder of Dr. Adnan Al-Bursh, head of the Orthopedic Department at Al-Shifa Hospital, in occupation prisons after his arrest in January 2024.

The third accusation relates to the crimes of torture committed by the occupation against the director of Al-Shifa Hospital, Muhammad Abu Salamiya.

In the context of his refusal to record a video to accuse the resistance of converting the hospital into a military barracks, he was subjected to severe torture and humiliating treatment for more than seven months.
