The Minister of People's Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, pointed out that hundreds of technical secondary education students learn the Russian language through the alliance between Russia and Venezuela.
The training is received at the Russian Language Teaching Center, located in the Ministry of Education, in Caracas, according to a press release from the government body.
“A world of possibilities opens up to our young people by learning other languages, thanks to Venezuela's strong international alliances,” said Minister Rodríguez during the visit of the Vice President of the Russian Government, Dmitry Chernyshenko, to the educational institution, in the context of the XVIII High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN) Venezuela-Russia, installed this Thursday in Caracas.
He added that “we will continue to advance on this path, for a public, inclusive and quality education that promotes the development of our homeland in the encounter with sister peoples such as that of Russia.”
