Historic! Centauros de Caracas three-time champion of Venezuela's FUTVE Futsal 1 League

Centauros de Caracas became three-time champion of the FUTVE Futsal League 1 after beating Monagas Futsal in the absolute final 1-0, at the José Beracasa gymnasium in the Parque Naciones Unidas.
The Red Beast was crowned Absolute Champion-2024, thanks to a goal that came with 24 seconds left until the end of the second half of overtime.
Maikel “Niño” Torres was the hero of the match when he scored the goal that gave the capital's team a three-time championship.
After adding a new star, the club led by experienced strategist Robinson Romero, became the representative of Venezuela in the 2025 Copa Libertadores de América Futsal to be held in Paraguay.
In the 2024 edition of the Copa Libertadores, Centauros de Caracas finished sixth while, in 2023, he placed third.
With this new title, Centauros ties Bucaneros de La Guaira as the top champions of the FUTVE Futsal 1 League with 3 stars each. It is also the first Venezuelan team to win a three-time championship.
