HENRIQUE CAPRILES RADONSKI'S FASCISTOID CALL (PANORAMA and 2001, April 14-19, 2013)

- The story of what happened on the night of the elections of April 14, 2013, when Henrique Capriles Radonski called for violent street actions, is another page of fascism in Venezuela written with the blood of innocent lives.
- None of the violent actions were spontaneous, but rather the product of a plan drawn up and with people recruited to do so. With foreign mercenary capital, the MUD hired trained agents to carry out the incendiary action.
- That night, Capriles launched his call to exercise behaviors that led to the assault on hospitals, modules of the Bolivarian missions, headquarters of the CANTV, CNE and the PSUV. Actions clearly defined in national and international legislation as hate crimes.
- His call to “unload that road” not only incited hatred, but also publicly harassed the installation of barricades and destruction of public and private domain assets. Not to mention that death agents, hired by the MUD, blinded the lives of more than 13 people in various parts of the country.
- In the midst of this fascistoid tide, seven people were killed by firearms, two children by being run over and one more as a result of the severe beating to which he was subjected.
- 62 people were injured, including 21 police officers. A total of 35 health centers of the Barrio Adentro Mission, 9 State public offices, 3 PSUV headquarters, 7 CNE headquarters, 18 alternative social media outlets and 39 centers of the Mercal food distribution network, PDVAL and Food Houses were besieged and destroyed throughout the country.
- For their part, some taxed “influencers”, such as Nelsón Bocaranda, spread false types of information to create the matrix of “fraud”. On his Twitter account, with 1.3 million followers, he disseminated massively: “I am informed that in the CDI of La Paz in “Gallo Verde, there are hidden ballot boxes, and the Cubans don't let them get out of there”.
- Ramón Guillermo Aveledo, National Coordinator of the MUD, announced an extra official CNE bulletin that named Capriles the winner. This caused a false expectation of non-existent triumph, which served as the psychological ploy necessary for the call to set fire and ravage.
- That same night, in Zulia, an opponent vented his anger and hit 16 people with his truck, leaving three dead, including two children.
- Among the fatalities of fascistoid shock are:
- José Luis Ponce Ordoñez, 45 years old: he was admitted to the CDI of Piedra Azul on Monday, April 15, without vital signs, after being hit by a bullet from opposing hands.
- Yosiris del Valle Reyes Rangel, 44 years old: Like José Luis Ponce, he died from gunshot wounds while together defending the facilities of the Piedra Azul Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI), located in La Limonera, Baruta municipality. Both received the Order of the Liberator of Venezuela, postmortem.
- King David Chacín González, 11, María Victoria Báez Rodríguez, 12, and Johan Hernández, 22: They were hit by a truck that hit them when they were celebrating the electoral victory of Nicolás Maduro, on the main avenue of the La Música neighborhood of Maracaibo. In total thirteen people were injured. King David and Luis Eduardo died that day. María Victoria died on April 21 after having her leg amputated and spending seven days in intensive care.
- Luis Eduardo García Polanco, 24 years old: while demonstrating with a group of young people from the PSUV, his rejection of the call for violence, near the headquarters of the CNE in Maracaibo, he received a bullet impact in the face that caused his immediate death.
- Hender José Bastardo Cabrera, 21 years old: he was shot several times while riding his motorcycle in the La Morita residential area, Cumanacoa, Sucre state.
- Keler Enrique Guevara Garizabal, 23, an officer of the Bolivarian National Police. He died in the line of duty, when he was shot in the Bolivar neighborhood, Santa Teresa sector of San Cristóbal, Táchira state.
- Johnny Pacheco, 37 years old: PSUV member who accompanied Yosiris Reyes and José Luis Ponce Ordoñez in the defense of the CDI of Piedra Azul. On the night of April 19, he was shot in the head while driving his vehicle in that sector.
- Omar Gerardo Rico Martínez, 39, was beaten by Capriles' supporters. After being in a coma for 23 days, he died at the Peñuela Ruíz Patroniz Social Security Hospital in San Cristóbal, edo. Tachira.
CONTEXT:
- The “April Connection” was a plan designed to provoke a civil war in Venezuela. However, the Bolivarian Government, through previous investigations, carried out by SEBIN since October 2012, was able to detect the ongoing Electoral Coup.
- The “April Connection” was orchestrated by leaders of the MUD and Popular Will, in close association with the far-right NGOs JAVU, Movement 13 and Operation Freedom. All funded by the U.S. Department of State.
- The private media, once again, tried to silence and hide, in the trunk of oblivion, this whole streak of destruction, death and fascist drunkenness. They made those killed invisible, trivialized the seriousness of the impending coup and blamed the victims for their own deaths.
- All those killed were Bolivarians, as a result of the fact that the right-wing standard-bearer went to the country to ignore the announcement made by the official electoral referee.
- As a result of this irresponsible behavior, that early morning of April 15, humble Venezuelans, identified with the Bolivarian Revolution, fell.
