On February 13, 1937, the creation of the Henri Pittier National Park was decreed, a colossus that rises immensely on the coast of Aragua, housing an incalculable biodiversity and countless animal species that range from its hills to its imposing summit.

With an area of 107,800 hectares, the park is crossed by nine rivers that feed the flora and fauna of the area, its highest point being Pico El Cenizo with 2,346 meters above sea level.

This park is a mandatory route to reach the coast of Aragua, which has dazzled those who enter this giant jungle, enjoying its climate that varies according to height.

Today, 87 years after its creation, Henri Pittier continues to dazzle its visitors, who enjoy its climate, rivers and viewpoints that are lost in the brightness of the Caribbean Sea.
