Head office of the China-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce and Industry opens in Beijing

“The opening of this office in Beijing represents a milestone in civil economic and commercial exchanges between China and Venezuela. This new platform will strengthen mutual economic trust, deepen industrial cooperation, facilitate the flow of bilateral resources and provide more efficient and accurate services to companies, compatriots and commercial projects in both territories,” he said.

The diplomat also highlighted the solid data of bilateral merchandise exchange, which reached the figure of 6,527 million US dollars in 2025, demonstrating a high quality, stable and rising development trend.

In the same way, he recognized the work carried out by the China-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce and Industry since its founding in 2019 as an indispensable civil bridge that connects governments, institutions and businessmen.

It should be noted that the president of the chamber, Jiang Wangbing, was unable to attend in person because he fulfilled official commitments abroad, so he sent a video message and delegated the representation of the event to the executive vice president, Ángel Freytez.
