Head of State: We are writing the great story of the 21st century

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ratified this Tuesday the times of glory that revolutionary forces are living together with the People, writing the new history of the nation.

During a meeting with the Bolivarian Militia and the swearing in of the Working-Class Combatant Corps, the head of state recalled the struggles and victories of the liberators of the Homeland.

“When you study the history of the times of Bolivar, of Sucre, Rafael Urdaneta, of Manuela Sáenz, of Juana Ramírez 'the Advancador', you say: I would have wanted to be there and be a soldier of Bolivar,” he said from the Miraflores Palace.

He stressed that the independence heroes lived in times of glory, “and times of glory, writing the new and great history of Venezuela, we are living (...) we are writing the great history of the 21st century with the union and the popular-military-police fusion”.
