At a press conference for international media, the Head of State explained that “if the fascist right ever assaulted power, it would close itself to national and international capitals, not just oil and gas, and they would give it to their allies. Today I say to investors as I say to the People: calm and sanity.”

He added that Venezuelan oil gives foreign investors more profit, it's a win-win relationship. “If the fascist right came to power, that would stop.”

Regarding the delivery of the voting records that the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) has declared to have in their entirety, he stressed that “when the Supreme Court says so, we will present 100% of the minutes of the GPPSB and the PSUV. But at this time I can say that we are ready.”
