The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, warned this Tuesday that the rise of fascism is supported in the world by social networks such as TikTok, so he urged young people to “increase the game in quantity and quality” on different digital platforms.

During the inauguration of the headquarters of the Great Venezuela Youth Mission, the Head of State stressed that “we have the truth, we are right and we have the majority” to counter the strong war through networks against Venezuela.

TikTok promotes fascism throughout Latin America and around the world. Because of the TikTok network, fascists are emerging in several countries around the world. People need to be clear about this. I tell the truth, no one will shut me up. You have to tell the truth,” he emphasized.

He denounced that against Venezuela it is a cognitive war, but “now we are the champions of the champions. If 200 years ago we liberated the entirety of America, what is it for us to win the war on social media with our truth? Nothing,” he stressed.
