On the night of this Monday, November 18, from his program With Maduro+, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that “there is no dialogue with fascism, period.”
“There is no negotiation with fascism or with fascist women. There is and will not be a future dialogue with the owners of the fascist right, their time will come... I am not in a hurry. Let what is going to happen in the north happen and we in the south continue to do what we have to do.”
Regarding the release of a group of people last weekend for their participation in violent acts after the presidential election of July 28, he said that “the happy release of these Venezuelans and Venezuelans was a decision between the Attorney General's Office, the Supreme Court of Justice and me.”
“In the search for justice, I trust the judiciary and its mechanisms. That is justice if someone's innocence is established, just as it is justice to punish those who killed, burned, damaged schools, universities, buses shot innocent people. It is also justice (...) Justice has several faces and only if there is justice will there be peace,” he said.
He expressed his congratulations “to the justice system for taking these very favorable steps for the peace of the country”.
