Head of State: The US is heading towards failure

“The United States has a serious problem and we don't know what's going to happen there (...) they are heading towards
failure,” said the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
In an interview with political analyst Diego Ruzzarin, in the Digital Zone segment of his program With Maduro+, the President commented that the US “is in decline and that these elections will be the expression of its decline.”
“They have failed in Vietnam, in Afghanistan, in Africa and they have failed against Venezuela and that can be seen in their presidential candidates,” he said.
He explained that “in the United States presidents do not rule”, assuring that power is exercised by the capitalist industrial apparatus; the military apparatus and the media apparatus.
“They have a serious problem, a decline. Their elections will be a new failure in that northern country because within their political parties and in their very society, they are facing serious problems,” he insisted.
