Head of State: The right wing and its patarucos only appear when there are elections

From the city of Tucupita in the Delta Amacuro state, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stated that “the patarucos only appear when there are elections”.
During a working day dedicated to the BRICOMILES, the Head of State recalled that the patarucos have never wanted good things for the people.
“Where were the patarucos in times of pandemic or when did a university have to recover? They were asking for sanctions, that's what they were doing,” he said.
