Head of State: The one who has the last word to change the Constitution is the sovereign

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, reiterated the validity of Article 5 of the National Constitution, stating that the people have the last word to change the Magna Carta.

Through his Telegram channel, the national president invited us to move towards a “constitutional reform that democratizes the entire State and society, and to move forward as we do to a process of strengthening a new way of doing politics, is a new democracy in Venezuela”.

President Maduro has reiterated on countless occasions that Venezuela is moving towards a State in which the people are the ones who decide their future and that of the Nation.
