Head of State: The FANB is the backbone of the existence of our Homeland

During his participation in the military exercises El Essequibo is ours, this Friday the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) is the guarantee of Homeland Peace.

In the state of Cojedes, the head of state pointed out that “the military career, par excellence, is one of sacrifice, where one swears to give one's life for the Fatherland, and in Venezuela the military career must be a race of honor, of honesty, of dedication, because the Bolivarian National Armed Forces are the backbone of the existence of our Homeland,” he said.

He added that the FANB, in addition, “is the engine of the development of our country (...) it is and will be a guarantee, in the years to come, of internal peace, of democracy and the Constitution, of the rights of the People, of territorial integrity, of independence and national sovereignty.”
