The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ratified on Monday his commitment to recovering the income of the country's workers, highlighting the efforts of the National Executive in the midst of the economic blockade imposed by the United States (USA) and its internal and external allies.

“Step by step we will recover the wages and rights of workers, it is a goal that the working class deserves. I won't rest for a second. We are doing a lot with little, and we are going for more,” said the head of state through his account on the social network X.

On May 1st, when International Workers' Day was celebrated, the Venezuelan dignitary announced an increase in the comprehensive minimum wage, from the equivalent of 100 dollars to 130 indexed dollars, despite multiple imperial aggressions that directly attack the population's pocket.
