Head of State signs decrees as part of the Care Plan in defense of Guiana Essequiba

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during the Day of Love and Loyalty to Commander Chávez march, signed the decrees as part of the Care Plan in defense of Guiana Esequiba.

“Signed, published and complied with! I ask for the blessing of heaven and all the support of the People, of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces to move forward in peace towards the great objective of leaving Venezuela with its complete map, that our Venezuela advances in peace, following its path of glory and union,” said the Head of State.

The following are the decrees signed by President Nicolás Maduro:

• Alexis Rodríguez Cabello is designated as the sole authority of Guiana Essequiba. Approved and implemented, to protect the peoples of Guiana and the missions arrive.
  
• Appointment of a National High Commission for the defense and recovery of Guiana Essequiba with all sectors of national life.
  
• The new map of Venezuela that emerged in 2023 after the Consultative Referendum is made official.
  
• The immediate creation of the PDVSA Esequibo division, CVG Esequibo and giving a license for gas and mineral exploration in the territory.
  
• Creation of the new Esequiba Guiana Comprehensive Defense Zone, with three comprehensive defense areas and 28 development sectors.
  
• Start of work to declare new national parks and natural monuments in Guiana Essequiba.

In addition, the National President announced the opening of the office of the Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) this Saturday, December 9 in Tumremo to issue a certificate to the entire population of Guiana Esequiba.
